Bangkok, May 13, 2026 — The Art of Living Foundation is marking the 70th birthday of its founder, spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, popularly known as Guruji, with celebrations taking place across several countries, including Thailand.

The milestone celebration also commemorates 45 years of The Art of Living Foundation’s global journey dedicated to meditation, stress-relief programs, humanitarian initiatives, and social wellbeing activities.

In Thailand, The Art of Living Thailand has organized a series of spiritual and wellness-focused events in Bangkok and other cities. These include guided meditation sessions, Sudarshan Kriya workshops, yoga gatherings, satsangs, and community wellness activities aimed at promoting inner peace and emotional wellbeing.
The celebrations reflect Guruji’s long-standing vision centered around the idea of “One World Family,” encouraging unity, compassion, and harmony beyond borders and cultures.
Followers and participants attending the events highlighted the importance of meditation and mindfulness in today’s fast-moving world. Organizers said the programs are designed to help individuals reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and strengthen human values through spiritual practices.
